WHY THIS RPEL DIPLOMA
Entry Requirement
You need at least five years of related work experience. To continue to an MQA-accredited MBA through APEL.A Level 7, you must be 30 or older when you finish.
Turn Your Experience into a Formal Recognized Diploma Qualification
You may already have many useful skills from your work, business, sales, supervision, or daily tasks. But without a diploma, it may be harder to move forward in your career or continue to a degree or MBA. This pathway helps turn your work experience into a recognised Malaysia Skills Diploma (DKM) in Administrative Management.
You are not starting from the beginning. Your work experience is the first step.
Step 1
Convert Your Work Experience into a Malaysia Skill Certificate Level 3
You may already have useful skills from your years of work.
These skills may come from office work, customer service, buying items, handling stock, delivery work, paperwork, staff supervision, or solving work problems.
Under the RPEL Amali pathway, your work experience becomes the base of your learning. You will get guidance to show the skills you already use at work.
Part 1 covers Level 3 skills. These skills prepare you to move on to the Diploma-level skills in Part 2.
Competency Areas
Front Office Reception
Office Finance Handling
Office Procurement Handling
Office Inventory Handling
Office Logistics Handling
Office Documentation Preparation
Office Administration Supervision
Assessment
You will take one three-hour exam for all seven modules. The exam will be held on campus.
Step 2
Convert Your Supervisory and Management Experience into Malaysia Skill Diploma Level 4
In Part 2, you move on to Diploma-level skills.
You may already have these skills from leading staff, working with suppliers, taking care of company items, handling stock, following office rules, managing projects, or checking staff work.
The programme helps you use the work skills you already have and show them through practical tasks and assessment.
Competency Areas
Administrative Staff Development Management
Office Asset & Facilities Management
Office Inventory Management
Office Vendor Administration
Office Policies Administration
Office Special Project Administration
Administrative Staff Performance Appraisal
Assessment
You will take one three-hour exam for all seven areas. You will also complete one practical project and present it. The exam will be held on campus.
After you complete Parts 1 and 2, you will earn a recognised Diploma. It can help you move forward in your career and continue towards APEL.A Level 7.
Step 3
Add Future-Ready Skills for Career and Postgraduate Progression
Parts 1 and 2 turn your work skills into a recognised qualification. Part 3 helps you learn new skills for the future.
You can choose extra online modules based on your job, career goal, or future study plan.
