The RPEL Diploma in SME Management, formally known as the Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) Pengurusan Keusahawanan Kecil & Sederhana, helps you convert your work, business, and management experience into a recognised Malaysian Skills Diploma qualification.

    Structured over approximately 3 months, with final JPK assessment in the third or fourth month subject to availability, this programme guides you through portfolio preparation, LPKT support, assessment revision, computer-based assessment, interview, and presentation.

    The curriculum covers key SME management areas including business operations, product and service management, sales and marketing, financial management, accounting, logistics, employees management, and project management. To strengthen your future-ready profile, you may also choose two (2) additional AI-skills microcredentials for global universities from over 750 AI-related courses, helping you improve productivity, decision-making, business operations, and digital confidence.
